Creator Commissions
Creator commissions are set by you (the merchant) on a per-creator basis, typically 1–10% of the cart value. Commissions are added to your metered billing alongside the platform fee. Beekeeper handles all commission tracking and payouts to creators via Stripe Connect — you do not need to manage payments to creators directly.

- • Feature availability, including unlimited usage tiers, is subject to the Terms of Service, reasonable use, and platform integrity safeguards.

Frequently Asked Questions
When do I get charged?
You are only charged when a coupon is successfully redeemed at checkout via the API. Issuing coupons and failed validations are free.
Is there a monthly minimum?
No. If no coupons are redeemed in a month, you pay nothing. There are no subscriptions or minimum commitments.
How does billing work?
We use Stripe metered billing. Each redemption is reported as a usage event. You receive a monthly invoice based on actual usage.
Do I pay creator commissions on top?
Yes. Creator commissions (which you set) are billed alongside the platform fee. For example, if you set a creator at 5% and the order is $100, you pay $1.10 platform fee + $5.00 creator commission = $6.10 total (exclusive of VAT and Stripe processing fees).
What payment methods do you accept?
All payment methods supported by Stripe, including credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers in supported regions. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe.
Can I try it before adding a payment method?
Yes. You can sign up, create campaigns, and set up your integration without a payment method. You only need to add one before your first coupon can be redeemed.
